By this time we had done what we thought was as much as we could as the Bierkeller Men, and things were moving on as we say, by now Karaoke was upon us and this was taking a lot of work away from us professional turns so to speak, and I was doing a bit more comedy etc and putting it into the show which was changing its direction and this Nigel was not to comfortable with but I and some of the punters were loving it anyway things came to a head and we parted company, again there is a story there to tell but I will only do this if I get enough requests. So as I said we called it a day after 17yrs which like I said was along time so where do I go from here.

As I said id started to do more comedy within my act and my favorite comic of all time was "Tommy cooper" as most of his sort of material was visual ie with comic style tricks going wrong etc this you could get across to a much wider audience etc. Anyway I went and formed my own band and called it "Men In Shorts" which again was a Bavarian oomph style show but with a more comedic angle to it. Again you can see by the pics the sort of expression on my face tells it all, so this is what I've been up to over the last ten yrs, but that's not quite all and there's more, as that other great comic would say, jimmy cricket.
